- For progression to Year 4 students must -
Pass at least 80 credits a SCQF level 9 or above, and have an overall average of 40% or more for 120 credits of study taken in the year.
- Transfer to MEng -
Students on a BEng programme who achieve an average of 55% or more in Year 3 will be given the option to transfer to Year 4 of the MEng programme. This decision should be made prior to the start of the new academic year.
- University Progression and Graduation Rules -
In Years 3 and 4 the University progression and graduation rules require full passes in 80 credits of courses with an overall average of 40% or more for the 120 credits of study taken in the relevant honours year.
