- Data Analysis for Psychology in R 3, Qualitative Methods in Psychology, Designing and Doing Social Research, and Social Theory,

BPS Accreditation:
The degree of Psychology and Sociology (MA Hons) is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). This accreditation requires that students take and complete a pre-requisite set of courses and meet a minimum level of academic standards. If you do not meet these BPS requirements, but otherwise meet the requirements of your DPT, then you will graduate with an unaccredited Psychological Studies and Sociology (MA Hons) degree, rather than a Psychology and Sociology (MA Hons) degree.

One key aspect of the accredited degree is taking option courses in Years 3 and 4 that cover the BPS core areas of Psychology. Detailed information is available on the BPS Accreditation page on the PPLS Undergraduate Hub.
