Class runs 9am - 1pm then 2pm - 4pm on Tuesdays

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course the student will be able to:

i. Describe the hierarchical development of digital electronics.
ii. Explain how digital controllers can be interfaced with the 'real world'.
iii. Construct control programs using a high level language.
iv. Satisfy control specifications using embedded digital controllers.

Assessment Information

50% continuous, 50% design project
