This course is concerned with selected substantive law issues such as: the Customs Union, abolition of tariff and non-tariff barriers to the free movement of goods; common commercial policy; freedom of movement and economic activity for individuals (with specific reference to Peoples' Europe); Community Employment Law and Social Policy.
