Dissertation on Portuguese Literature (HS0056)

A supervised study of an approved Portuguese author/literary topic agreed with the Lecturer in Portuguese as a requirement of the final year Honours degree.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Ability to formulate and execute extended research; ability to write a coherent and properly formatted presentation of the research demonstrating acquaintance with scholarly publications, analysis of issues, argumentation.

Assessment Information

One 8,000 word dissertation in Portuguese due towards the end of the final year of Honours study, required to be submitted by a date established each year by the Hispanic Studies section.
