Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Know in depth the institutional architecture of the European Union and its political operations
_ Identify relevant bodies of political theory and understand their core propositions
_ Know and understand key contemporary debates in relation to the EU and political philosophy
_ Identify the relevant normative questions or challenges raised by particular EU institutions, practices or policies
_ Apply theoretical frameworks to the evaluation of political institutions and practices
