The Integrative Elements course Takes the form of 4 elements taking place at separate times through the programme, as follows:

Unit 1: Skills training and diagnosis of needs before Easter vacation in year 1 (not assessed)

Unit 2: Simulation and Integration At the end of the first semester of Year 2;

Unit 3: Business Simulation at the end of first semester of year 3

Unit 4: Strategy and Implementation before Easter Year 3 (not assessed)

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

- The development of skills such as influential communication; emotional intelligence, and team-working skills,
- The integrated application of the materials taught in the several components that make up the core courses, to a business problem, with progressively greater sophistication and finally incorporating the materials learned throughout the programme in the final unit.

Assessment Information

Year 2 and Year 3 will be assessed by project work
