They will write an assignment of 6,000 words on this subject. Students will acquire:
- A detailed knowledge and understanding of the central historiographical issues of their individual area of research. - An appreciation of the historiographical context of their individual area of research. - The ability to conduct and critically assess historical research utilising historiographical skills specific to the subject area of their research. - The ability to assimilate and process a wide range of information from a variety of historical interpretations.
