Current Issues in Philosophy (P00798)

This course has practical and theoretical aims. It explores some of the ways that contemporary philosophy criticises its ownmethods and presuppositions. These aims are achieved through studying of significant recent philsophical articles, unified around a paticular topic.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Students will become familiar with the methods of advanced philosophy and helps develop their ability in oral and written presentation of philosophical arguments
