Shakespeare and Renaissance Mentalities (P01332)

Interdisciplinary study of the texts of Shakespeare's plays applying the methodology of the 'new history' and 'new historicist' literary criticism. Special focus on the psychology of power and patterns of religious belief, as well as audience perception in the age of religious wars.
