Child & Adolescent Development (P01912)

This course provides an introduction to the psychology of child and adolescent development. Through applied examples and an overview of psychological and sociological models of individual development students will be introduced to a developmental framework.

1) Understand the relevant contemporary psychological and developmental theories
2) Apply developmental models and concepts to underpin clinical practice
