MSc by Research in Russian Dissertation (P02055)

? Credit Points : 60  ? SCQF Level : 11  ? Acronym : LLC-P-P02055

The dissertation will be 15,000 words in length excluding footnotes and bibliography. Students will receive regular supervision and will be expected to submit a detailed plan and at least one draft of their dissertation to their supervisor.

Entry Requirements

? Pre-requisites : Students must gain an overall pass of 50% or above at interim assessment in order to proceed to the dissertation. Candidates who gain between 40% and 49% may be awarded the Diploma.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

To students will obtain the skills required o produce independent research guided by and contributing to the theory and knowledge in their chosen field and to present the insights obtained in a manner consistent with academic standards and conventions.

Assessment Information

Dissertation of 15,000 words to be submitted by the approved date in August.
