This course serves an introduction to a range of policy and management issues related to the massive uptake of ICTs in society, business and government. It will focus on the way that the Internet and other related technologies, such as mobile phones, are being integrated into every level of social and political life, and the resulting challenges for individuals, government, business and social research.
