Current Debates in Therapeutic Studies 1 (P02386)? Credit Points : 10 ? SCQF Level : 11 ? Acronym : HEA-P-CPPC1 The aim of this course is to introduce students to current debates in therapeutic studies. The precise focus will vary from year to year but we expect to include such themes as: the influence of J D Sutherland on counselling and psychotherapy in Scotland; Scottish psychoanalytic thinking in the inter-war period; and feminism and psychoanalysis. Entry Requirements? Pre-requisites : As for the MSc Counselling Studies. The course is available as Continuing Professional Development as well as running as an option with the MSc Counselling Studies and the MSc Counselling Studies (Advanced Practice).
