Making Integration Work 3: disseminating learning from integrated service development projects (P02410)? Credit Points : 20 ? SCQF Level : 11 ? Acronym : HEA-P-P02410 This course is part of a Programme which aims to help managers of health, social care and voluntary organisations identify and use different sources of information to more rigorously plan, evaluate and learn from service development projects which span different sectors and services. The Programme is divided into three interlinked courses through which students progressively build knowledge and skills needed in integrated service development. ?
