The Changing Business Environment in China (P02449)

This course provides a detailed account of changes taking place in the Chinese business environment in the period of economic transition over the last 20 years. It builds upon the first year course on Business in Contemporary China. The course focuses upon a range of new developments in social, economic and political infrastructures, and explores the problems, challenges and opportunities facing China.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Students gain knowledge and understanding of a series of pressing issues reflecting China's transition phenomenon stemming from its social, economic and political development at macro level, which have great impact on enterprise development.
