Chinese Business and Technology Innovation II (P02512)

Description: This course provides a detailed account of changes taking place in the Chinese business environment in the period of economic transition. It focuses upon business operations of both domestic and foreign enterprises in such an environment and a range of new phenomenon regarding government policies, business strategies, technology development and innovations.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Outcomes: Students gain knowledge and understanding of a series of pressing issues reflecting China's transition phenomenon stemming from its social, economic and political development at macro level, which have great impact on enterprise development;

Students will be able to use analytical tools to discuss opportunities and challenges faced by domestic and/or foreign enterprises operating in China.
