History of Scots Law (PL0010)

A general introduction to the history of Scots Law, including a more detailed study of particular topics selected each year. Particular topics studied have included Celtic Law in Scotland, Scottish jurists and Institutional Writers and areas of Substantive Law such as the constitution and dissolution of marriage, land ownership, succession, assythment and homicide.
