Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, students will be able to: identify and discuss some key criminological theories and research findings; apply and test theories to research findings; compare and contrast competing theories; and analyse approaches and studies within a contemporary context.

One essay of no more than 5,000 words [13 pages]
