Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
1. Knowledge based outcomes. Students should acquire from their studies knowledge in depth of the topics covered in the class.
2. Application and problem solving outcomes. Students should be able to apply their knowledge of the subject to provide solutions to practical situations involving the class topics. 3. Sources and research outcomes. Students should be able to demonstrate competence in identifying legal material on the class topics over and above that referred to in the reading skills, both from library and electronic resources.
