Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Students will be able to:
- follow courses on topics in language sciences at an advanced level that are taught in the language that is part of their degree, and participate in the scientific discourse on these topics;
- demonstrate advanced mastery, at an appropriate level, of general and subject-specific skills, knowledge and understanding of language sciences at an appropriate level; or
- demonstrate the ability to plan, design and/or execute an original piece of research, to succinctly report results within an appropriate theoretical framework, and to relate results to the existing literature and the field as a whole.
