EITHER

Philosophy courses taken in the appropriate foreign language during the year abroad

OR

10,000 word dissertation in English on a philosophical topic chosen by the student in consultation with the Senior Tutor in Philosophy and to be submitted at the beginning of 4th year of study

To develop further the philosophical skills, and to extend as well as deepen the philosophical knowledge, acquired in previous philosophy courses
