A selection of readings from the Greek Old Testament, Greek New Testament, and other Greek writings of the Hellenistic and Roman periods, along with some elements of advanced grammar and vocabulary.

Entry Requirements

? Pre-requisites : Students must have attained an A or B grade in New Testament Greek 2 (DV0047), New Testament Greek 3 (DV0121), or equivalent.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes

Enhanced ability to read/translate a variety of Koine Greek texts.
Enhanced acquaintance with vocabulary and grammatical featurs of Koine Greek.

Assessment Information

40% on a translation notebook, 60% on 2-hour written examination.
