Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to
- prepare and implement a substantial programme of research
- be acquainted with appropriate texts on the subject of digital media and culture
- critically evaluate demanding theoretical texts and arguments
- demonstrate proficiency in formulating a series of feasible theoretical propositions, constructing an argument, and bringing textual evidence to bear on defending or refuting those propositions
- demonstrate how these arguments can be developed into a more detailed or expansive research project
Assessment Information
There will be one interim and one final submission amounting to 15,000 words of text.
