Assessment Regulations

The Assessment Regulations for undergraduate and postgraduate students are available on the University's website at http://www.aaps.ed.ac.uk/regulations/

Computing Facilities ‚ Regulations

The Regulations cover the use of all computing facilities administered on behalf of the University of Edinburgh, whether by staff, students or any other person authorised to use these facilities. All staff, students and other such authorised persons should ensure that they have read and understood the Regulations, which can be found on the University's webpages at http://www.aaps.ed.ac.uk/regulations/

Data Protection Act

The Data Protection Act (1998) came into force on 1 March 2000. It replaces the previous Act, the Data Protection Act (1984) which was repealed. The University of Edinburgh is committed to a policy of protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals with respect to the processing of their personal data. Freedom of Information Act

The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act (2002) came into force on 1 January 2005. Further information on the Act can be found on the University's website at http://www.recordsmanagement.ed.ac.uk/

Plagiarism and Cheating
