Course description |
Description: This module leads students into discussion of a range of modern management issues and strategies in the context of China and India. Teaching materials are largely based on empirical cases which allow students to be familiar with real-world businesses, enabling an analytical approach that can be more objective and explored in a concrete context. In this way the course will help student understand the practical problems and challenges involved in managing business in China and/or India. Cases are selected on a year to year basis to reflect key contemporary issues. Some major issues from development studies are also highlighted. |
