Course description The aim of the course is to is to provide students intending to enter the Physiology-Pharmacology-Neuroscience cluster of Honours Courses with a general grounding in planning and analysing practical work. Students, working in teams, will plan experiments, carry them out, analyse their data and present their results (eg, in written reports and poster presentations). Some background material will be presented to them in lectures/seminars.
Entry Requirements
Pre-requisites Students MUST have passed: Physiology 2 (BIME08005) AND The Dynamic Cell 2 (BILG08009)
Co-requisites
Prohibited Combinations Students MUST NOT also be taking Scientific Enquiry in Biology and the Environmental Sciences (BILG09018)
Other requirements None
Additional Costs Students should provide a notebook and marker pen.
