A course designed to develop students'grasp of the language at a post-elementary to an intermediate level.
Assessment Information
Class work 50% (2 assessments).
Degree exam 50% (a two-hour written examination)

Priority to enrol will be given as follows:
1. Students from College of Science and Engineering, College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine, and visiting students.
2. Students from College of Humanities and Social Sciences, but from outwith School of LLC (Literatures, Languages and Cultures.
3. Students from School of LLC, but outwith DELC.
4. All other students.
