Course description An introduction to Danish, Norwegian and Swedish and their history. Some theoretical and practical problems of translation.

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
An introduction to written and spoken Danish, Norwegian and Swedish and outlines of their historical development, with selected texts. The course also includes some theoretical and practical discussion of the problems of translation.
