Course description |
The scope and functioning of administrative law within its constitutional context; the relation between law, government and the state in modern Britain; the forms under which and the fields in which government power is exercised in Britain and the methods by which it is controlled. Reference will be made from time to time to comparative material, drawn particularly from the U.S.A. and France. |
