Course description |
The course is designed to impact knowledge of geological storage for the long-term disposal of carbon dioxide. Core are the understanding of the physical and chemical processes involved, and the criteria by which a storage site is deemed to be suitable or otherwise. |

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course students will have:
- an understanding of geological storage types including assessment of capacity types
-understanding CO2 trapping and migration mechanisms |

100% Continuous Assessment including 3 practicals worth 15% each and an essay worth 55%. |
