The main aims of the course are:
? To alert students to the different meanings of ?access to justice? and the different ways in which the concept has been used
? To explore how social policies with respect to socio-legal issues, and especially dispute resolution, are initiated and implemented
? To consider what further measures are required to promote ?access to justice?
