Course description |
This course builds on the study in Public Law of the relationship between law,government and the citizen in Scotland as a distinctive part of the United Kingdom.It concentrates on the protection of individual rights by Administrative Law and the law of Human Rights and Civil Liberties. |

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this course students will:-
(a)have knowledge and understanding of Administrative Law including the law of judicial review,of the Human Rights Act and of selected areas of civil liberties law
(b)have further developed critical skills and skills of legal research and communication both oral and in writing. |
