Summary | This half-course will deal with the quantitative and qualitative methods for carrying out and assessing different methods of research investigation in Sport Science. The philosophy underpinning the study of Sport Science will be studied and students will be encouraged to review and critically appraise reported research studies in the literature of the area. Students will also take part in data collection exercises to illustrate the principles of research in Sport Science. |
