| Summary | Synopsis: The Special Subject is chosen each year from a range of projects, which usually involve independent or group work, literature reviews, thematic surveys, and fieldwork.
 
 Aims:
 1. To deepen the understanding of a particular topic in conservation
 2. To develop strength in a particular area of conservation.
 
 Mode of delivery:
 This course may be on-site or studio-based, supported by project seminars, but a range of delivery modes is available.
