SummaryThis course aims to develop skills in the assessment of existing and proposed occlusal schemes to enable participants to deliver complex treatment plans that might involve a reorganised approach with multiple indirect restorations. A seminar programme will review the evidence base in this area and supervised treatment sessions will further deepen knowledge and skills.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course participants will:
1. Have an in-depth knowledge of the human gnatho-stological system.
2. Be able to assess occlusal schemes and form diagnoses and a treatment plan based on sound theoretical knowledge.
3. Have gained experience in the delivery of complex care involving multiple restorations.
4. Be able to demonstrate knowledge of the role of the prosthodontist in the management of TMJD.
