SummaryThis course will train the student how to describe an orthodontic problem accurately from the clinical examination and records; how to formulate a problem list; to describe the aims of treatment; and to make a treatment plan (and alternative plans).
Course description This module will teach the student (a) how to analyse and asses a clinical problem in orthodontics (b) formulate a problem list (c) outline the aims of treatment and (d) devise a course of treatment that will achieve the desired result. Consideration of the patient¿s clinical, psychological and medical needs in relation to such treatment will be paramount.
