SummaryThis is a for-credit course offered by the Office of Lifelong Learning (OLL); only students registered with OLL should be enrolled.

This course follows the evolution of British and American poetries of the last fifty years in tandem, aiming to find key areas of communication and difference in a transatlantic literary dialogue. We will talk about the most significant poets, trace their understanding of the craft, discuss their experiments and read their most beautiful poems.
