SummaryThis course provides an introduction to the the range of data collection methods used in contemporary psychological research.

Topics will typically include:
1. Qualitative data collection techniques: interviews, discourse analysis, narrative records etc.
2. Longitudinal data collection
3. Non-experimental and correlational designs.
4. Observational vs. laboratory designs.
5. Experimental and Quasi experimental design.
