Learning Outcomes 
| On completion of this course, the student will be able to: 
        Understanding and ability to articulate the concept of quality in the design manufacture of products.Appreciation of the detrimental effect of defects created in the manufacturing process.Familiarity with and ability to implement quantitative methods of measuring and minimizing defects.Knowledge of the fundamentals of Statistical Process Control (SPC).Knowledge of the fundamentals of Design of Experiments (DoE). |
