| Students will demonstrate their ability to integrate knowledge across the whole field of psychology and related disciplines; to use this knowledge to answer more 'open' questions than in a defined area of the subject.

As this course only has the exam, students need to be self-motivated to prepare for it. During the exam students need to implement good exam skills, such as planning, time keeping, and clear communication. They will need to critically analyse the questions posed, and ensure their writing style and tone matches the audience. Examiners are looking for students' ability to be creative and make a persuasive argument, as the questions posed have no right answer (open for interpretation).
