SummaryThe course will evaluate the key skills required for effective leadership. There will be a focus on practical applications of topics including team dynamics, motivation and communication. The course would be relevant to existing managers, or those aspiring to management roles in a wide range of situations, such as animal production units, clinical and research settings, where people management is a key component of the role
