Students may not take Optional courses outside the DPT within LLC without the approval of their Programme Director. Before choosing an Optional Course outside the School of LLC, the approval of the Programme Director must be obtained.
For the award of MSc East Asian Studies with Japanese Studies, students must pass at least 60 credits from the option courses specific to that degree.
It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that students divide the number of credits they take evenly between Semester 1 and Semester 2.
Please note that all Optional courses are subject to availability and that some courses may have limited spaces. Not all courses will be offered every year.
