Notes:
Students should choose courses covering the period post-1800, from the lists below.

Half of the full-time credit load must be taken in each year. Exact arrangements can be made to suit the individual student's requirements but this must be discussed with the Director of Studies before any courses are chosen.

Please note that History of Art Work Placement (Level 11) HIAR11126 is a full year, 20 credit course with the majority of the course content taking place in Semester 2.

There are no compulsory courses in this year of this programme.

Students may take Work-Based Dissertation in History of Art (Level 11) (HIAR11130) in place of the History of Art MSc Dissertation (HIAR11114).
