Acronym : LAW-2-U02747 This course builds on the study in Public Law of the relationship between law,government and the citizen in Scotland as a distinctive part of the United Kingdom.It concentrates on the protection of individual rights by Administrative Law and the law of Human Rights and Civil Liberties. Entry Requirements? Pre-requisites : Legal Reasoning and Legal System U02831 and Public Law of the UK and Scotland U02741.
