Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
After successful completion of this course the student will have:
i)gained an understanding of the institutions of the European Community, the law making process, the substantive rules of the Internal Market and the means by which European law is enforced; ii)obtained the basic skills necessary to research Community law issues, including how to access and use Internet resources; iii) developed their skills of analysis in relation to Community legal materials; and iv)developed their oral and written expression via tutorial participation and essay preparation.
