This course considers the professional and ethical nature of psychiatric nursing practice. The course is based on reflective practice. Topics covered include the role of the psychiatric nurse, history of psychiatric nursing, ethics of restraint. |

Summary of Intended Learning Outcomes
To promote discussion and debate amongst the students.
