Course description | The major theme in this fourth year course is the management of transitions in the nursing care of people with needs related to mental health rehabilitation and recovery, particularly those with longer-term mental health problems. These transitions include both transitions in health status and management of care across contexts and boundaries. Building on knowledge and skills gained in earlier years of the programme, the students are now exposed to the complexity of potential multiple health needs, and problems of chronic illness. |
