  • Notes: All compulsory courses with the exception of Jurisprudence LAWS08129 are required for progression towards legal practice in Scotland. However, Jurisprudence LAWS08129 is required for the award of the LLB on this programme.

    Students not wishing to progress towards legal practice may substitute other law courses at level 8 for some or all of those courses not required for the award of LLB on this programme (Business Entities, Commercial Law Ordinary, Succession and Trusts Ordinary).
