For timetable reasons, Latin and Linguistics may not currently be combined in this programme.

LEL Linguistic courses must be passed with an average of 50%, achieved at first sitting, across the 40 credits for progression to Honours.

Year 3 Academic year: 2019/20, Starting in: August

Notes:
Entry into the third year normally requires:
(i) passes in 240 credits of courses taken in the first two years,
(ii) passes at 50% or above, at first attempt, in Greek 2A and Greek 2B, or Greek 2a Ex-Beginners and Greek 2B, and
(iii) an average of 50% across all obligatory LEL2 courses, achieved at the first attempt,
(iv) a minimum of 40% in each obligatory LEL2 course, achieved at the first or second attempt'

Entry to honours in Classics remains at the discretion of the Head of Classics in the light of performance across all courses.

During Induction Week, please contact a Student Support Officer to confirm your attendance.
